Release Of Darkest Glow
Fall Of A Tyrant has just released “Darkest Glow.”
This track has been a long time coming—originally written back in 2012, it’s been completely reimagined for this release. I rebuilt the vocals and guitars from the ground up while preserving the core idea that started it all over a decade ago. The drum performance on this version is handled by Dale McGrath, whose playing brought a new level of power and energy to the track.
On the production side, I handled all mixing and mastering inside Reaper, using a combination of EQ, compression, saturation, and spatial plugins to shape the final sound into something heavier, wider, and more polished than the original concept ever had the chance to be.
The video was also put together by me, using a mix of available footage and clips, edited in Adobe Premiere Pro to match the tone and pacing of the song.
“Darkest Glow” is a rebuild of something old turned into something fully realized.
